Public Courses
Transfer of Bookings & Cancellation Policy:
Webinar Courses:
All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. Cancellations made 15 or more working days prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the original course fee. If a cancellation is made less than 15 working days before the event date, then the full fee is due and no fees will be refunded.
Transfers of bookings made 15 to 5 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 15% of the original course fee + VAT. Transfers of bookings made less than 5 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 25% of the original course fee + VAT. If we are notified of a participant’s inability to attend the course on the day and they wish to transfer to a future course / date, a transfer fee of 40% of the original course fee + VAT will be applicable.
Substitute participants are permitted at any stage free of charge.
Face-to-face Courses:
All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. Cancellations made 35 or more working days prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the original course fee. If a cancellation is made less than 35 working days before the event date, then the full fee is due and no fees will be refunded.
Transfers of bookings made 20 to 10 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 15% of the original course fee + VAT. Transfers of bookings made less than 10 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 25% of the original course fee + VAT. If we are notified of a participant’s inability to attend the course on the day and they wish to transfer to a future course / date, a transfer fee of 40% of the original course fee + VAT will be applicable.
Substitute participants are permitted at any stage free of charge.
All delegates are solely responsible for their flight, transport, and accommodation arrangements and costs. In the unlikely event expertstream.org should cancel an event it will not be responsible for any costs incurred by a delegate’s attendance. expertstream.org therefore recommends that clients purchase fully refundable air tickets and accommodation. expertstream.org will always work with its clients to find a suitable solution in these instances.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course 35 days before if there are no sufficient numbers of participants scheduled to run the course.
Payment:
An invoice will be issued as soon as a booking confirmation is received and is payable prior to the scheduled course/webinar date. If the participant(s) fail(s) to attend, the full fee remains payable.
In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.
Copyright:
The recording of the course/webinar by means of taping, video, or any other form is not permitted. You agree to use the supplied materials for the confirmed participant(s) only and you will not disseminate the supplied materials throughout your firm or to any other external third party/intranet. The sharing, swapping, and exchanging of logins to enable multiple participants are not permitted. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action. All confirmed business transacted with expertstream.org constitutes an agreement that you do not initiate or in any way pursue business opportunities with any member of expertstream.org’ staff or trainers, be they salaried or sub-contracted, independent from expertstream.org.

Payment & Invoicing:
Unless otherwise agreed prior to your booking confirmation you will adhere to the following payment terms: Payment for a live webinar must be received in full two weeks prior to the scheduled webinar date. An invoice will be emailed to you or someone you nominate once the live webinar is confirmed.
In the event that it is necessary for expertstream.org to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify expertstream.org in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.

All cancellations must be in writing. If the course is cancelled 10 business days or less before the course, 100% of the fee, including any development fees, will be due. If the course is cancelled between 10 and 20 business days before the course, 40% of the fee, including any development fees, will be due. If the course is cancelled between 20 and 30 business days before the course, 25% of the fee, including any development fees, will be due.
If you need to reschedule the course, this can be done free of charge up until 20 business days prior to the course. If the course is rescheduled between 20 and 10 business days before the course, 25% of the fee, including any development fees, will be due. If the course is rescheduled less than 10 business days prior to the course, 40% of the fee, including any development fees, will be due.

You will not disseminate the supplied materials throughout your firm or to any external third party/intranet.
If, however, you have purchased a recording, then you may disseminate this recording throughout your firm. However, prior agreement must be sought from expertstream.org should you also wish to disseminate the course materials throughout your firm. You will not disseminate the supplied materials to any external third party/intranet.

In such cases where the agreed fee is plus expenses, then an additional invoice for the expenses incurred will be raised and emailed to you after the course has taken place. Payment of the invoice for expenses is due 14 days of the invoice date. expertstream.org does not accept extended payment terms.
In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.

In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.
Webinar Recording Cancellations & Refunds:
All cancellations must be in writing. If you wish to cancel your pre-recorded webinar less than 20 business days prior to the Recording Date, then 50% of the agreed fee will be due.
We regret that we cannot issue a refund to those who cancel after the webinar recording and materials have been developed by expertstream.org.

You may disseminate this recording throughout your firm. However, prior agreement must be sought from expertstream.org should you also wish to disseminate the course materials throughout your firm. You will not disseminate the supplied materials to any external third party/intranet.
